Don't know what to do in this situation, what to do if laptop isn't fixed by bestbuy warranty?
i recently took my laptop to bestbuy for repair. i had four days left till my 1 year expired.
the reason i took it in was over a hinge/DVD drive issue. bestbuy sent it over to Sony and i got it back 2 weeks later.
it seemed that they didn't fully fix the issue. and sometimes my computer would freeze. it never did that before i sent it.
the lady told me before i sent it , if the issue still exist they still cover it and fix it.
is this true? i don't know what to do!

i do not work for best buy psp, but i would assume that they have a mandatory 90 day work guarantee on all repairs they do. ask the geek squad and just explain that the problem was not fixed the first time. they should be liable to resend it in for repair. i work for best buy prp, and so therefore i am not sure. never hurts to ask and the sooner you bring it to their attention, the better.
