Laptop Power Supply

How I Fixed My Laptop Battery Problem
For the last six months my laptop battery has been driving me nuts. The laptop is quite old and this has already led me to have to replace the battery twice. When I went to replace it the last time though, I was told that there were no more of this type of battery being made. I was a bit annoyed to hear this I wish they had told me when I first bought the computer. This has meant that I had to put up with a battery that was providing shorter and shorter charges a few months ago it stopped charging completely.
Even though I no longer had the battery to use, I could still use the laptop by plugging it into the mains power supply. I didn't realise how significant it was to have a battery in your laptop and consoled myself with the fact that I could still get it working. It isn't just inconvenient; it also means that there is no back-up power supply. So if I knock out the power cord by mistake, the laptop goes dead instantly. Although I never knew that I did this, I have now realised that I end up knocking out the plug on my laptop at least once every day. Because of this I have lost tons of work and it has caused me on a few occasions to almost throw the laptop in the bin.
However I have come across a solution to this problem in recent days - an external battery. This is not as nice as having a proper battery in the computer but it is a good alternative. Knowing my work is safe if the plug comes out accidentally is the best thing for me and why I am so happy with the external battery. This was quite a reasonably priced purchase and it is certainly paying for itself.
Memory cards are items found in a lot of things in today's day and age. iphone accessories can give you a great example of this as well. Yet another that you can find widely available is the ipod accessories.
Alienware x51 review: A proper, affordable gaming slim tower (Albuquerque Journal)

I expect Alienware will sell a lot of these.
There's very little about the new Alienware x51 gaming slim tower a mainstream
buyer won't appreciate. You can buy a reasonably fast configuration, like our
review unit, for under $1,000. It's on an aesthetic par with an Xbox 360 or a
Playstation 3. You can even put it on its side and slide it into your media
rack.
It's still a PC, of course, with all the content benefits and interface and
software hang-ups implied therein. And in spite of Alienware's clever work
cramming in a full-sized 3D card, the x51 will make a finicky upgrade
platform. You get no other expansion card slots, room for only one hard drive,
and the 330 watt power supply (an upgrade over the 230 watt default) limits
you to mainstream graphics cards.
#### Alienware X51
Still, the bumped up GeForce GTX 555 card in our review config can play
Battlefield 3, Skyrim, or pretty much any other game at 1,920x1,080 at smooth
frame rates and respectable quality settings. That's all many gamers will ask
for, particularly those shopping for a PC like this one.
